Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your first chance to create a great first impression on buyers from a street perspective. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers shape their first thoughts about your home and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance.
Knowing this assists us in determining what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't inviting with refreshed paint and bright greenery it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and raise your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your house seem to say, "This is Your Next House" to a buyer? Touring your property with a buyer's eye, I'll recommend changes that improve market appeal.
I'll suggest that you take away items that give the look of clutter. Tabletops should be clutter-free. Kitschy sculptures, sentimental items, family photos, and play time artwork should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Ugly or busy spots make your home seem smaller and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I know instantly where a room's best characteristics are and how to highlight them. Areas that directly affect your dollars include fixable like pieces of furniture that should get rearranged, rooms that need new paint, carpet that needs steaming, fixtures that need replacing, and windows that need cleaning.
Buyers' agents know that their clients want a property that brings them inside. Decor that could be "loud" should get moved out in order for your house to have general appeal during any visit.

Setting the Stage
At your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Lighting is critical and we'll open curtains, and create light where needed to show off your house. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and make sure a pleasing aroma circulates throughout your house. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your sofa and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your house is their future home. |
